Stonybrook at Heritage Parc is located within the award-winning Heritage Parc Stonybrook Village subdivision that boasts over 50% parkland, 11 parks, and playgrounds and expansive waterways that are connected by cycleways and walking tracks for residents and visitors. The site for Stoneybrook at Heritage Parc Stonybrook Village is located within proximity to Kangaroo Park and Heritage Parc Stonybrook Village playground and is approximately 40 minutes from Newcastle’s CBD.
The landscape design intent is to underpin several design principles that promote legibility, walkability and high-quality outdoor spaces for the residents and visitors of Stonybrook Lifestyle Village to create affordable homes that are set within beautifully rich landscapes.
