Stonebridge Lifestyle Village is located at the former Cessnock Golf Course site and approximately 50 minutes from Newcastle’s CBD. The proposed site is in close proximity to Mount View High School, Cessnock Showgrounds and Cessnock District Health. The design of the development will include the re configure the existing 18 hole golf course into a 12 hole course. It will incorporate 301 homes sites, the redevelopment of the clubhouse and will consist of a leisure centre, tennis courts.
The landscape design intent is to underpin several design principles that promote legibility, walkability and high-quality outdoor spaces for the residents and visitors of Stonebridge Lifestyle Village.
