Blueheath Seniors Living is nestled in the bushland setting of The Bower Estate in Medowie, approximately 30 minutes from Newcastle CBD and Port Stephens. The Bower Estate will consist of 405 residential allotments over 57 hectares, with the remaining 70 hectares preserved as a state conservation area and community open space.
Stage One of the development is currently under construction and due for completion by October 2020.
